In Loving Memory

This plaque contains the names of all those who died in service since 1958 .
A ceremony marking 60 years of United Nations peacekeeping by Irish personnel took place today.
The ceremony began with mass in the Garrison church in Arbour hill in Dublin.
This was followed by a commemoration in Dublin castle where the President Michael d Higgins laid a wreath.
Also present was the Taoiseach GardaĆ and defense force personnel and family members of those who lost their lives
while serving abroad.
